PUBLIC HEARING - Continued
· File #ZBA2005-01 – Application for a 15’ side line variance to amend previous variance granted 5/11/89 requesting an 8’ variance to construct a 1 ½ car attached garage on property at 14 Ridgewood Rd (Map 14, Lot 74) Owner/Applicant: Sharon & Richard Bigge.
Hearing opened at 7:30 p.m.
Members present: P. Wright, N. Wilson, J. Prusak, M. Masinda seated for R. Maloney.
Owner Richard Bigge was also present.
P. Wright asked Mr. Bigge if he had new information for the Commission.
Mr. Bigge explained that he had a survey done and it appears that his driveway is on his neighbor’s property. Mr. Bigge also explained that the survey he brought with him was a preliminary plan and he would get the final plan by the next meeting.
After discussion it was decided by the Commission to continue the hearing so that Mr. Bigge could finalize his plans and bring all the pertinent information to the next meeting.
ADJOURNMENT:
J. Prusak made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by N. Wilson. Vote: All in favor. Meeting adjourned at 7:58 p.m.
